I specialize in supporting adults and teens who are navigating these challenges. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when you feel truly heard and understood. Together, we’ll create a safe space where you can explore your experiences, learn new ways of coping, and build the confidence to set boundaries and care for yourself.
I enjoy working with people who may not have strong support systems, and who want a therapist who can both listen deeply and provide practical tools for managing stress, anxiety, and depression.
